The Salon Visions Entreprises Durables professional fair is a big moment for the Parc des expositions d’Albi.
On Thursday 25 November, the VED professional fair took place, a trade fair for professionals who wish to move towards a more virtuous approach for their company.
We therefore used our know-how and our latest products to build a tailor-made event and support our client.
The world of stand building never ceases to evolve and Groupe DesyTech is adapting. Stands become increasingly large in size, more conspicuous. This is why we have invested heavily in the #betruss structure from beMatrix.
For the VED Show, we designed the entire round-table discussion area with this new structure and the #ledskin screen. Behind this 28m² screen is the video, sound and light control room. Live broadcasts are accessible from the Albi Expos Youtube page.
We also installed screens for dynamic display to manage the signage of the show and to indicate the different points of interest : reception, demos, tutorial room and conference room. Thanks to SpinetiX‘s arya platform, indicate the programme of events in real time was a breeze.
Events are not just about technology. The Tactics Department also worked on the communication strategy, the management of a digital platform (Eventtia) for exhibitors and visitors, press relations, social networking and the creation of visual aids.
