A recovery as we expected ! For a few months now, we have been working on a major event project : the opening of a guinguette.
Last October, we were contacted by a restaurant owner from Albi to support him in his takeover project : La Guinguette de Martial.
The aim of this ephemeral summer event is to create a guinguette close to the town while promising its visitors a cosy, warm and relaxed atmosphere. This project will be set up in the open air, in the car park of Parc des Expositions d’Albi.
As the core target is families, activities will be programmed to delight young and old. Chalets will offer dishes of different flavours, games for all and a musical stage will also not be lacking. A perfect moment to disconnect from the urban madness. A setting that will allow you to forget everything and make room for relaxation, entertainment and conviviality.
Our communication agency has focused on the technical management of the event: set-up plan, safety file, supply of technical elements (sound, light, screen, stage, etc.).
We put our communication skills to good use by creating a communication strategy on social networks and via the traditional media (press, radio, campaign posters, etc.). You will find in our space the press kit and the press release realized for the management of the Press Relations.
